While smaller than Celene, Luna is closer, making her appear larger in Liga's skies. The interaction of two layers of atmosphere almost completely obscures Luna's surface features to observers on Liga's surface. The atmosphere is much less dense than that of Liga, however, causing visitors to suffer the effects of hypoxia (-4 to attacks / saves / skills until acclimated (1d4+4 days).

Wildlife and sealife are both prolific, but no sentient races are known to be native to Luna, though many have placed settlers there over the centuries. As on the surface, humans dominate, though some races that are unknown on Liga have extensive representation on Luna (many are thought to have emigrated there through gates or space travel). Many ancient ruins, thought by some to have belonged to the race that once ruled Celene, are also known.
